This is a subset of the old Castles and Ancient Monuments of Great Britain. Eventually much of the site on Tripod will be migrated here to Freeservers.com, since there was a problem with Tripod/Lycos that ended up with the disappearance of most of it.
If your favorite castle is not on here, don't be offended. It just means I haven't visited it, because that is the criterion of this site -- does not mean I've never heard of it, just haven't been there yet.
